Email Marketing — Kit Onboarding Sequence

A welcome that supports—from inbox to first case study.
Menina de UX is a course helping women in career transition break into UX design by building a portfolio case study from scratch. We designed and wrote a 7-email onboarding sequence in Kit (ConvertKit) to welcome, guide, and engage new students.
The flow welcomes students, walks them through their first challenge (a Figma ID Card), connects them to community and group mentoring, shares the class schedule and meeting access, helps them choose their case problem, and delivers a Figma crash course bonus to remove a common beginner blocker.
The visual identity uses warm coral and pink with friendly illustrations—a supportive, community-driven tone aligned with the course positioning as a safe space for career changers.
Sequence results
The automation ran in Kit with staggered timing—from welcome to the Figma bonus—keeping engagement high without overwhelming new students.
