Freelas na Gringa

From inbox to first dollar, without getting stuck on English.

Freelas na Gringa is a course teaching Brazilian designers how to freelance in the international market. We designed and wrote a 4-email onboarding sequence in Kit (ConvertKit) to welcome, guide, and engage new students.

The flow welcomes students, guides their first action (creating a Figma ID Card), helps them start prospecting international clients, and addresses the #1 objection: English fluency.

The visual identity uses navy blue with 3D icons and a direct tone, supportive but no-nonsense, aligned with students who want practical results in the global market.

What changed

Students stall on English and the first client if onboarding is only institutional.
